How to see who doesn't follow you back on Instagram
Instagram has no button that shows who doesn't follow you back. You can find out by comparing your Following list with your Followers list by hand, or with the file Instagram lets you download. Stalkie does the comparison with just your @, no password, and sets famous accounts apart.
Updated
Doing it by hand
- On your profile, open Following.
- In Followers, search for each name from Following.
- Anyone the search doesn't find doesn't follow you back.
Instagram's file (Accounts Center › Your information and permissions › Download your information › Followers and following) has both lists, but the comparing is still up to you.

Questions
How do I see who doesn't follow me back without an app?
Open Following on your profile and search for each name in Followers: anyone who doesn't show up doesn't follow you back. You can also download both lists from Instagram's Accounts Center and compare them. It works, but it takes a while on big accounts.
Does it work with a private profile?
Yes. Turn off “Private account” while the list is read, which takes a few minutes, and turn it back on when Stalkie tells you. Pending follow requests may be accepted when the profile opens.
How much does it cost?
Seeing how many don't follow you back and the first few profiles costs nothing. The full list is $4.99, a single payment, and stays saved in your account. A new check is paid again.
Why are famous accounts kept apart?
Artists, brands and verified pages almost never follow back. Kept apart, they don't bury the people who matter.
Does Instagram tell me when someone unfollows me?
No. Instagram only tells you when someone starts following you. To know who left, compare your lists from time to time.
